The Politics of racism as usual

Dear Reader:
If you stunned by the crass NY post cartoon article, that at best is merely crude and devisive, please consider that the business as usual attitude to all things racist has been working for quite some time. The problem is one of attitude and it is universal to the human condition as can be seen by even the most cursory of global views. The answer lies I believe just as much in understanding attitude as well as appropriately dealing with it. Consider the below included current account of racism and how the system in this instance has developed tactics to smother truth and meaningful change. It is the fare of politics as usual, born from deep within us as a people collectively. If we do not change that which lies within ourselves, then we will have to face that bastard child of politics as usual, as it guides us to our end as a great people.
I am not espousing of things I cannot prove, but can by virtue of witnesses and documentation that exists. The VA medical center continues to retaliate against me for daring to file a claim of racism against them by remanding me to two separate professional standards review boards that found me without fault and recommended my continued employment, by +1 year of punitive work schedule for complaining of maltreatment in the form of threats and racial slurs by the chief of cardiology. In short for having the audacity to seek to expose the truth. Racism is not just in the streets, it is in the boardroom, and in government agencies. For almost two years I have been decrying the blatant racism I have encountered in the VA medical center in Wilkes Barre where a brother can be called a dirty black spic bastard , where a brother can be threatened with violence and then be retaliated against for following the path of the EEO and allowing the system to work. Pure garbage the system then savagely retaliates against me , and doesn't even investigate the perpetrator of the crimes since he is a high profile chief of cardiology. It seems that apparently I am not news worthy, perhaps because I adopted nonviolent tactics to expose the evil racism and retaliation that has been nurtured by the machine that is at work in our veterans administration medical system. The system has relegated me to the labyrinth of apathy for protesting and being a voice against racism.I assure you the system does not work, without vigilance and unity on the part of people.Apathy is just as poisonous as hatred, only slower acting. The system does not come to the aid of downtrodden people that complain with dignity, and I have no cause for hope apart from the unified voice of an American people that are made aware of injustice. Please come to the aid of Justice.I include my blog for specific details of the crimes that continue to evolve.
